That is what I am referring to.
Although I think the Ptomely's were of Greek lineage, Alexandria in Egypt was obviously full of A*rabs.
It was M*slem religion not the A*rabs as such that are the problem.
The point I have been trying to make is that religions inhibit or destroy knowledge as did the Christian church in the "dark ages" hence the travails of Copernicus and Galilleo etc.
