You and I weren't the only ones to attend AGM's and listen to answers either asked in the actual AGM or informally later, albeit very few Shareholders attended the two AGMs I attended.
Also there must be many who phone and make enquiries? I don't know what the Directors relay to them!
Sludge I know what they conveyed to me. That's Stephen Johnson and Ian Gandel. At the next AGM I am going to ask them to explain how/why AGS has come to this point now where B4M has/had to be sold.
The only possible reason I wont? is if B4M is sold for 400m-500m or more.(unlikely though!)
One poster on here suggested and claimed that H/Q had no Case to answer and that his assertion was proven?
That then asks the Questions. Did AGS have a Case from the Start? If the taking out of the M&D C Matter was frivolous or other, then All the Directors are complicit. Was it a mistake or intentional? Was it Lawful? imo
What was the need for the RCR valuation?
With the above it does not put AGS in a strong position to sell the 25% "eventually" to H/Q.
Sludge all we can do atm is wait for the details of the Sale and hope that we as the Small Shareholder get a return, worthy of the asset to us, as a Dividend ?
I don't know atm if we Shareholders are all just waiting for a fall with the Sale but if it happens we have to return favour to whoever is responsible. The Sale tells us of the worth of Ian Gandel in his role at AGS imo
Heres something from left field, maybe a solution to this mess is, I.G. sell his shares to Itochu and they replace him on the Board imo. B4M progresses!
Other than that Itochu is not a plus for us with the Sale imo I don't want them taking upto 40%!
We get peanuts if they do. imo
