Cadoux is a ridiculously small town in the middle of nowhere. The sort of town that when you drive in they stare at you for having stopped. Really no one buys in those places unless they are down and out and that is the truth. Facilites are miles away in bigger towns like Northam and even then you have to travel quite a distance. Perfect place for a hermit. The small WA towns aretiny and usually very isolated. Anyone commenting on property trends in Perth and living there is yanking your chain.
