Now that the market has changed perspective or rotated, a new set of cycles are at play and a new trend in place, so people that call for 14,000 by August have totally lost it and are not taken the time to educate themselves.
The same things happened to analyst in 1899, 1914, 1929, 1932, 1949, 1966, 1982, 1987 and 1994.
