Well, surprisingly, no response so far from fellow posters, I've been out of town travelling most of the day so only had time to quickly read the 'highlights' on my mobile.
Back on deck and I'll have a study-up tomorrow and post my thoughts, for what they're worth, which isn't a lot these days, but my first reaction is that the project's future, while uncertain, looks as though it's still a chance.
