Certainly agree it will set up an almighty fall.
But not for 3 to 4 years - peak spending is yet to flow through in the western world.
From then, yes a massive sell of as assets will be badly over priced relative to consumption/demand going forward.
There will be a 10 to 12 year period just like Japan from 1990. Stocks lost 80% and housing was down 13 years in a row, minimum 40% loss of caqpital 13 years later.
I will be in cash then, make no mistake.
Go get a set of age demographics and understand the spending cycle of the average household - makes sense to me and explains why housing took off 2003/2005.
