Mr. Q, i would say the reason that tnc/stt is the darling of the courts is that they have made a lot of judges and lawyers a whole lot wealthier than they were This is not making stt or vms any money, it is costing BOTH a fortune! I believe both state and federal governments who pretend to represent the people should tell the legal fraternity to stop lining their pockets and wrap this farce up!!!! We all know that the mine should go ahead by overwhelming public majority, but the problem is there are a few blood sucking leech's who need their fill first!
