re: all - going down I could be wrong but in my opinion there are two issues here:

Firstly Sales Performance and Secondly Management.

Sales Performance is not really at issue. Apart from a failed sale (which can happen anytime) Aristocrat has performed only slightly below expectation.

The issue is Management. They brought to book a sale prior to completion and further did not have reporting mechanisms to identify this.

The MD is ultimately responsible for this. It is his job to know when to ask the questions. I agree with current action taken, but I believe if you want to regain some faith with Insto's you need to institute better reporting and Management controls.

For this reason I believe the MD needs to be replaced. I would personally like him to remain in charge of Sales, but ultimately the MD must be seen to be competant.
