Interested in whether retail investors believe the iGas proposal represents a "fair" offer. The "independent" expert believes so, but which independent expert is going to provide a paying customer (iGas) as negative outcome..??

Krestlake/NHC are a major holder, but only appear to have < 20% unless I stand corrected..?? (FYE13 Statements).

I am a very firm believer that this is a highly opportunistic offer from iGas, especally considering the prospectivity, and demonstrated geo-political movement away from Russian reliances, especially with further sanctions being imposed by the EU/UK/UN on Russian trade in general.

Although there is a level of risk until High Court decisions are published, the potential for Dart (with Total/GDF Suez funding) is signifcantly more than the ~A$0.19 being offered.

Obviously your individual choice, but I'm voting NO on the current proposal. I've read rumours that UBS may be buying up in anticipation of a rival offer, although nothing has come of that as yet. Do some googling with keywords "dart energy ubs" in the "News" tab on Google's page...
