Because I can't edit my own post anymore I wanted to add this.
I've emailed Michael Shuster about their timelines for Japan but perhaps more importantly focusing on (as I've done time and time again) why they missed Q1 for filing, why they have not updated on the market on missing that timeline and frankly what ARE the timelines?

I am laser focused on this point because I think it well defines absolutely everything else that MSB is not doing well. This example can be attributed to tons of other examples where they have done similar.
Committed to something, missed and then failed to explain why.

I emailed Julie Meldrum as well after I didn't hear from Michael. Thus far zero response.

I believe that companies should be harshly judged on painting rosey pictures but then fail to provide measurable timelines and actions to hold themselves to account.
Garbage like "on track for 2015" doesn't mean anything.
