Steyn said the DMR’s policy is often to require 50% or 51% empowerment shareholding for a licence to be issued and that the 26% is merely a minimum stepping stone to this end. The reason the sp is 6 cents is because the investment community understands nkp. will be legally forced to forego 51%. What is left will be fought over by all, including your erstwhile saviour.
