I don't have any concern with LOM except for the market cap is too high for what they have found so far.
But it is a lot closer now to what I would consider fair value than when I started posting at the mid fifties and all the rampers were saying $1 0r $2 or Billion dollar take over or other *@%$.
I would consider 40 -50 m MC would be fair at this stage.
Yes, they have found some very nice diamonds but they have spent a lot of money to get them as well.
None of their Kimbo grades are exiting as yet and the alluvial in my opinion is just a side show, the gravel beds too thin (0.4m) too spread out in not very easy country to work in.
If and when they find a decent Kimbo it will have surface enrichment like all the mines in the area and you will know straight away that they have the real deal.
One big problem could be multiple pipes caring sub economic grades could have been the source of the alluvials, lets hope this is not the case.
Also I don't think many here appreciate the process of starting a mine, the proving of the resource, the BFS and so forth.
This takes years and years and cost hundreds of millions , you just don't go out and start mining.
You would also have to factor in Sovereign risk into the equation.
So in short I think LOM is not a bad SPEC stock at the right price but not at the present prices.
It is certainly NOT the millionaire maker that some on here claim it is at the present.
I do hope that they do find something worth developing.
