    What about the next poor chapter

    Bailing out of a company that he controled at inflated stock prices when he new the company was in trouble.

    His excuse - it was not that serious it only involved millions not hundreds of millions as in cases such as Enron.

    Even the guys mother descibes him as not being that smart
