Brisbane had a boom in 2007-2008
GC is a completely different market, driven by overseas investors and the dollar.

Let me give you the tip, GC has nothing to do with your income/ price metrics.

I spent time on the g.c. recently , place imo is a tip ! Empty sites , boarded up shops , tatty and cheap looking , and totally congested with cars , This place has no class. Give me the sunshine coast anyday!
