    re: takeover at $3.80 to go thru? cheers insider ...... all i can say on that is that you would think (knowing it got rejected in the past) that B'world would have done their homework prior to annoucing a bid ...... UBS have a very valid point and one that may be proven right to the market ..... those selling now obviously reckon it won't or they are simply those that got in on the leak prior to halt ...
