    issue is..the risk v reward play isnt as attractive....
    When it was trading at around $3.35s
    It was good...
    downside was 10c and upside was the counterbidder

    Now.....at 3.57..
    ITs even stevens..
    ie.
    Barlow offer rejects..and its down 8% to 3.25 OR
    Barlow offer accepts and its up 8% to 3.80
