In saying that though there is a logic to the TA side...but it's more minute to minute and no doubt their strength is seeing trends and volumes as they happen. No one can predict the future and history is not always the best guide to predicting it....or else I'd be killing it in the footy tipping this year. For every 'Cup and Handle' I'm sure there is a contra name for when the Cup and Handle formation doesn't take off. Easy to guess/say after it's happened, but never before.

The Graphite my friend, is blowing in the wind.

In other news....

2 positive TON announcements in the last 2 weeks and still it drops. Makes you wonder what it would take to see them all improve again. The disparity in SP of the graphite stocks is too heavily weighted in one corner. Believe it or not but there could be foul play going on. If 'the worlds biggest graphite deposit' still hasn't got a binding off-take after 18 months of releasing their JORC then what does it hold for the others? And why haven't they progressed quicker on scoping study with future to mine? Maybe it's not their intention to do so....join the dots.

LMB still holding their own though...which is also a surprise given the meakness of their deposit. Yes, yes they cry...."but we have a binding off-take"...yes yes...with a company that they merged with...so are they selling the graphite to themselves? I still don't understand that deal.

The final race will be a marathon, not a sprint. Takes a long time to get to the mining stage, and no one will venture to that pasture without someone willing to buy the product. So who ever can get to mine first, at a cost that isn't inhibative on the margin, with a binding off-take will hopefully reward their shareholders in the long term.

We welcome Dr Frank Houllis to the UNX board next week. I look forward to meeting him at this years AGM and hearing all he has to say on the the companies future and how he intends to get us there.
