I'll take that bet. I'll give it a few years. Of course there will be the hardcore activists that fly the flag forever, but most people will be done with it sooner rather than later. Some examples:
1. how many westerners are still upset about the iran / iraq wars?
2. How many of you remember or even know the events up to and surrounding the 6 day war?
3. Dos anyone still care Russian/Georgian conflict.
4. Russia's attempted invasion of Afghanistan?
Sure many people are up in arms now but realistically, people not directly involved in the conflict tend to shift their focus elsewhere when something newer and more pressing comes up.
