Do you really believe the placement holder will let TON get to 40 cents, considering it was 90.5 cents earlier in the month? They would be sitting on a loss of $1.7m, when they could have profited close to $5m. Would you give a company cash if you believed the share price was overvalued? Placement holders are generally provided a generous discount and currently they are not reaping any major returns by selling.

I understand you want the share price at 40 cents so you can profit more on the rebound, that's why you are not holding? Hasn't the retrace moved down enough (considering TON's placement price and that of other competitors)?

Good news today and a sell-off only very late. Again volume quite small, but % impact very big. When true buyers enter, there will be no stopping the next uptrend. It should have started following today's discovery. At the moment, we have share price manipulators trying to scare investors away from graphite despite no fundamental reason.
