That's right Carlos, but Japan recovery is very very slow, and my judgement from various bits of data and reading is that it is going sub 30 that is why I chose to wait although when it went to 33 I was tempted, but by then things were changing.
I could be totally wrong and currently averaging around $1.50 so waiting as long as pos and certainly in no rush.
It's still currently a dog, but then every dog has its day.
