    Well of course carlos, you sold out at the peak and shorted gold, made your fortune and retired to Florida, very well done. Anyone can make those extravagant claims, but most of my detractors have disappeared, it's a fact.

    Meanwhile gold's getting a real hammering after being told for years it's the 'ultimate safe haven'.

    If it drops to about 1270, take cover.
