Now it all makes sense why the dividend was not announced...I suppose this tax issue was resolved earlier than scheduled [as the last week of August was the actual date] which gives me the idea that the matter has been resolved mutually and without any complications, then I suppose anything can be announced Monday or Tuesday....will it go back to 8c or up to 19c which was the high for the last 12 months....any comments ????
