However the question was, and yet to be answered.
Dr New owns 5 privately owner BioTech company's, is the founder of BNE, is over looking BNE's development with BN006, and others.
I assume someone with understanding of the science can replicate building the drug?
You can not honestly say BNE have the only rights to attempting to creat this drug at this time?
So I would assume a person with the knowhow could develop this drug and hold the rights to that compound?
The information I posted was to show why I asked these questions and many times said I hoped for clarification. But Seems hope is that optimal word here.
Somebody with understanding of copyrighting such a situation may be able to shed some light.
