Our market cap is around 110 Million. There was another post saying that we had 200 million on the high the other day, which was the same as the last time TNG shot up to $1 in 2007. So we have roughly 2 or 3 times as many shares as then. Shareholders get diluted every time the company goes to the market to raise money.
When a company is first floated, a portion of the company is effectively sold to the public in the initial public offering. This gives the company cash to invest in ongoing business.

If we get funding to start mining Mt Peak then a lot of value will be unlocked.

If we get funding and that's a big if (it does seem to be getting smaller), then we can move closer to full value.
Not all mining companies follow this exact chart, but when you get funding to develop a deposit then you move from a purely exploration play to a producing company.

I'm not going to throw out a Market Cap number, but I will say that PB's opinion is that Mt Peak is "one of the major assets in the country" with a $13.6 billion life of mine revenue,
$2.6 billion NPV (look up NPV http://www.investopedia.com/terms/n/npv.asp)
and an IRR of 38% (look up IRR http://www.miningman.com/Blog/April-2010/Internal-Rate-of-Return-IRR-Mining-Finance-Basics4)


Without funding we are stuck in the orphan period, however, most recent developments have been very encouraging to say the least, with a financing deal the main goal IMO. Once this objective is achieved and the cash starts to flow, TNG can start to develop it's other projects as well. Very exciting times.....especially since discussions are under way and 3rd parties are interested in multiple assets including graphite, which we haven't heard much about yet. But first, eyes on the prize- Mt Peak funding.
