Don are you aware of the logistical issues with the Port if Pemba? And where do you get the information that it is being upgraded and how? This is a challenge for SYR and any other co in the region. Pemba is very small with only two wharfs fully utilized for gas and oil. The size of the entire port is less than 4 acres. The local authorities do not have the capital to upgrade the port.
Infrastructure limitations in Mozabique is the reason Rio Tinto recently abandoned their huge investment in Mozambique coal mine because of infrastructure as it wasn't financially feasible.
