It's a better offer than Horizons on the surface but what is the future value of the HZN/ROC merger? Both companies said that 1 plus 1 = 3 and i think in the long term that's right. There really were great synergies between the two companies which would have produced excellent share price increased in the future. So in my view its the case of a better price right now against a price later that is probably even better.
