SP, Ive never heard of a take over ann being released such as this, in my experience if a T O is presented to a target then the directors engage a independent consultant to research all aspects of the offer then present that offer to the board who make their recommendation based on that report.
Once that has happened they then call a SGM to discuss the boards recommendation before calling on a vote from the shareholders in general, that said they present that vote to the parties offering to buy the T O target, or am I missing something, is this the Chinese way of conducting business ?
