gosouth has already exited, fearing the dwindling cash balance. If the JV fails we are all doomed until Azure raises more cash. A JV is the only real kicker for me. Looks promising, but it has taken ages for anything to transpire. If it fails, we can't say we didn't have the opportunity to exit.
I am choosing to hold for now, but my patience is running very thin.
