SC you may be right of people wanting to sell but that is the point.Once it goes up 20% it is easy to drop it back again 20% - is only one tick. At the moment, to move it up one tick will require a huge catalyst. And on no momentum will probably fall again anyway.

One tick at this level is a 20% move in sp, raising alot of expectation of buyers to lift their bid. Very difficult.
One tick at 5 cps is only 2% move. Then it can gather some momentum and the 2% increase is more easily accommodated in buyers minds psychologically speaking.
