Not sure if it will be good news or bad, I think it is likely that cash backing is slightly higher than the current share price (so I suppose good news).

I don't understand the need to be suspended though. Everyone knows the time it took to drill so I don't think there is a need to "keep the playing field level". If the drill went long then I would say a suspension until cash raising announcement but I just can't see them getting through much more than their free carry + $7.5m leaving $8+m in the bank.
