    It's only done for the reason to protect share holders as 3.8 cents is too cheap when their cash value will be worth around 8.5+ cents per share.

    They will gather the facts, release the news and then those who want to sell sub 4 cents can do so. At lease their decision making will be on the facts not on the negative sentiment of a duster.
