I recon the power outages etc are just an excuse the company is using. If power is such an issue a backup generator should be purchased to protect production. I'm sure the money lost in reduced production would have paid for the generator.
As for recoveries being so poor, I recon it's not so much the plant anymore, the company has fixed it a number of times, I think the ore is just too hard to treat. The company has been talking about new supplies of concentrate for years, hurry up and buy or put agreements in place to process different source, so we can tell if its the plant or the la laganus ore.
