of course, all they said was they were going to get rid of coal burning in Beijing - what they 'haven't' said is how much power they expect to bring in from the country ---------- like we do here in Australia.
Anyone game to calculate how much solar you could produce by panelling up EVERY roof in Beijing?
And when you factor in air pollution, bird shit and whatever else, I wonder how much power you would have to bring in from the country areas?
I wonder how much coal you would have to burn to produce that kind of solar installation?
