VTI's own broker in London down grading the stock to 13 pence... while actively trading it mind you..
News that Virotec International (VTI.L) is unlikely to secure any contracts in the short term from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, received a mention in both the Weekend FT and Saturday Times. House broker Numis Securities has cut its short term fair value target price to 13p in response. The shares steadied today after last week’s news, by trading unchanged at 14.25p.
