Ann: Change in substantial holding from PPT, page-2

It's great that PPT have been able to pick up approx. 6m shares under $5.00 in the last 2 weeks.

Obviously they were highly motivated by the company's last update on June 2.

Company results due 19/8. Hope they will be able to update us on their ceaseless quest to reverse their previous strategy.

Anyone else still holding or am I the only one that thought a natural monopoly might be worth a tad more than the first indicative bid by a passing Private Equity firm?
