I wouldn't be too concerned about this. Someone more cleverer than me will be able to explain this in finer detail but this is a standard for all small-mid cap companies. it has been there for the last 2 years (I think) and the Board has not exercised it yet. Two other penny dreadfuls I own (QPN, LOM) both have the same clause, which is ASX clause 7.1 if my memory is correct.
