Also Sunida I was quoting Cal's words from another forum. My post is accurate some people on here have called for management to be removed (note I'm not one of those people). I was just pointing out the irony that Cal was posting exactly the same sentiment elsewhere yet came on here and vigorously attacked anyone that dared share the same notion for RMX.

I evaluate management with the metrics that I have at hand, as I said if they were my employee they wouldn't be getting an end of year bonus and would be on a development plan. Given that the cash at bank is being reduced quite rapidly it would be a good gesture by management IMO to reduce admin costs by cutting their salary. JD is on close to $300k P.A and so far he is not delivering so that remuneration should be reduced. If they could squeeze these funds to make them last 2 quarters instead of 1 & a bit then they'd have time to hopefully bring some news to the market to get it headed North. Instead they will protect their pay packets which to me suggests that aren't too confident their performance shares will vest and subsequently reward them for their short term salary reduction.
