yes,but ndo have exploration permits around the same area,and if there is another one just like it,the share price will be 10cents and much more.Thats how it goes with small caps...........And the share price hit 4.9cents (a high) in november 2013,5.5 cents is only about 12% higher,so i find Phil Byrnes case that 5.5cents is a compelling offer is rather lame and full of self interest as other posters here have mentioned.
