Jdbj, to be more general than jonty and not reply specific to OBJ:

Appendix 3Bs are released when there is a change in the amount of shares on issue. They can be quite interesting/useful under different circumstances.

Point 6 will tell you why they were issued (or cancelled for some) and Point 7 tells you when (particularly useful for capital raisings imo; NOT the case here obviously). Point 8 tells you how many shares and options are on issue and I find this to be the best source of info to find the exercise price for options as some other sources can round those numbers which is misleading.

Overall an administration document which can be quite dull or quite useful depending on the circumstances and what you're looking for. Worth taking the time to skim over for all your companies though imo.

As for OBJ specifically, jonty has covered that well. Most of ours are going to be options exercised and really not that interesting. But one day we'll get those performance rights (in point 9) allocated and they will be exciting times.
