Will be interesting to see if Nystar and Glencore particpate
I think Nystar has to be offered stock under their agreement last time they did not participate @ 7 cent raise
Sorry stock traded at 4.4 cents and then went to 12.5 cents - this is pretty close to tripled and even at 10.5 is more than a double !
