See schedule 1 of ann 02/12/2013 she had no shares in June.
She has 14226000 shares on 25/11/2013 which has to mean that she got them in the ipo-close to 3million bucks worth. As per sv1 and dcobs table she has sold almost 3 million as at 1/8/2014-must be at less than 10 cents given the price history.
Just seems strange
