    I'm watching the price right now around $1.30 and still trading a significant premium under that bid - at least on a BCI price of $3.12 anyway.

    About 1.5 million shares traded today, someone is lining up to make a killing on this deal based on today's trading a share prices.

    The IOH share price today is offering a fairly cheap way to pick up a swag of BCI stock + 10c kicker per share.
