The one very important question that Krusty bought up which seems to have been the decision or major decision to exit SBB is why even the shareholder who must have stumped up a significant amount of money in the IPO at 24 cents been selling out so much stock and at such a significant loss so soon after the IPO???????????????

No one has answered this appropriately yet. To me why would you sell so aggressively and lose over 50% of your money from an IPO you put money in only 9 months ago????????? That too me makes no sense at all and raise a large flag.

The SBB story does sound compelling but the above question needs a satisfactory answer which no one has yet been able to provide. Up until Thursday the price action looked good but the selling down since then is concerning.
