The dividend is only a bonus. It'll likely be about 7% yield to current SP from what they've demonstrated, which is great for a company you would label a growth company, but if it is zero it shouldn't matter to holders. In 5 years if you had shares at this price and they decided to do a big divi like the one they did in 2011, it could be a 40-50% yield on your original purchase price. I would generally not expect a company at this stage in their development to pay a dividend - these guys are saying they will, and have so far kept to their word with the dividend paid in April at 25% of NPAT from Nov to Dec 2013 i.e. just one month. If it doesn't come it just goes in to more retail space, marketing etc.
That's my view.
