I think the chart displays both points of view. The support obviously came from the best-bet risk-reward of the legal action and the sellers came from the opposite.

If the court had of awarded a 20mil settlement, timbo may be correct chart could of collapsed but mitta might have a point if we assume (which as a cynic I always do) that the market knows more than I do, in which case it was always going to be positive?
