Hmmm .... sounds like confirmation of a capital raising to me.
Eden's own Q4 cashflow statement effectively confirmed that it does not have sufficient cash to see out the quarter. Even if the UK Shale Sale is more than a pipedream, it won't result in cash this quarter. The speed and level of Optiblend sales does not fund the company, and the Nanotube announcement, while positive, just means that more cash is required.
Figure this is an attempt to offer shares at a discount to 1.6c rather than a discount to 1.3c ....
