    we can agree to disagree on closing/opening vs intraday price, but volume doesn't agree with a double top. No volume spike on the second peak. Also no consolidation period between peaks. Important criteria is missing. May still form from here, if volume doesn't pick up and it stagnates between 10-12c for a while then tries 13c and fails on volume, I'll probably call a double top then.. but it is a way off imo.
