Hey guys,

We know it is difficult time for all holders with the uncertainty and the lack of info from NBT regarding what is going on - unfortunately we are tied here as we are limited in what we can say. Again, we remain in contact with most of the large holders in regards to their actions moving forward. At the moment, NBT is gearing up for another media cycle.

We have also received an email suggesting that in the absence of NBT supplying information that the assumption is that NBT were working for NXS management. That sort of thing is very disappointing to hear given the amount of unpaid efforts to assist holders - we do however understand the frustration. Please be assured that our sole focus is on the holders of NXS shares and don't forget ALL of the NBT members are holders as well - some quite substantial ones.
