re:when is the news coming out?/ulti Ultimatum,they put out an ann to option holders on 14th saying that they were still finalising the docs.
The important thing is, as I have previously written - you DO NOT need to convert your options. As long as you are holding them as at 16th - you will be entitled to the rights issue, which effectibvely means that instead of paying 5c to exercise, you will pay whatever they announce, which we are guessing will be 3c or even just under, and you will also get a free Dec 07 (NEOOA) option for each 2 fully paids you buy. It's a concession to us (the poor suffering oppie holders) to get them at the lower price with a free option.
the prospectus will be posted out to us - and obviously an ann made.

What I don't know is whether they will try to drive the price up with results first to make the issue price higher, or whether we will get the cheap issue, so that we make more profit after results announced.
