Yes I believe there may be some merit in what you say ( not your price predictions) but the fact that Instos may be accumulating stock ahead of the $40 million financing deal and the flow rates on the EFS wells being operated by Halcon and finally some flow rates from Pathfinder when the 18 well is finally completed.
Recent valuations by some brokers of 19to 26 cents are not pie in the sky I believe and even if the Colorado wells average 500boepd then 4 wells here will produce revenue close to $73.0 million per annum.
On a PE of 5 this would equate to an sp of 10 cents and that is on 100% owned pathfinder a9 4 wells only) remember some 200 wells are possible at Pathfinder,so 19 to 26 cents is not out of the realm of probability.
I believe that AKK will become another Queensland Gas over the next 2 years.
Why would the LT Insto players not be topping up at 1.6cents.
AKK is a no brainer in my books.

Hope your right about the queensland gas because I bought another 4.5mill this morning.

I also feel this is a no brainer

The only thing that would grill me is a cr if finance cant be arranged, which must be extremely close to being announced
